As with any food product like espresso, wine, chocolate etc…the end result’s quality starts at origin. How the product is harvested, processed and on. When my cousin pulls a double ristretto shot…magic happens. His technique is always improving and the result is amazing…Its nice to have someone who is passionate about coffee crafting your drink! We are on an endless pursuit of perfection and the journey is a blast, we would love to see you along the way.

While I would like to say that we are becoming a coffee giant with plans for global domination it just isn’t so…The new business that moved in (Good Earth coffee and tea) is not affiliated with us.  We do however wish them the best of luck and success with their venture… in other news, our lunch menu is evolving and starting on Thursday we will be offering my wife’s quinoa salad. This side or main dish is gluten free, high in protein, low glycemic…yummy! (we will start posting pics as soon as I get a camera). Also, after many requests we brought back the comfy chairs and a TV will be  going up soon!
