We have been messing around with pizza lately…pesto chicken to be exact and its perty dern good. Also if I (Erik) am here in the morning and you get a hankerin for some breakfast with your coffee I would be happy use you as a tester for some dishes we will be rolling out soon….(breakfast pizza anyone?)

So, my cousin and I have been frequenting coffee shops that we hold in high esteem…what we have been wanting to see is how the espresso shots are carefully pulled and the techniques that lead to a great shot. As with any food product like espresso, wine, chocolate etc…the end result’s quality starts at origin. How the product is harvested, processed and on. When my cousin pulls a double ristretto shot…magic happens. His technique is always improving and the result is amazing…Its nice to have someone who is passionate about coffee crafting your drink! We are on an endless pursuit of perfection and the journey is a blast, we would love to see you along the way.

So we have been fielding questions about our old location regarding our involvement. While I would like to say that we are becoming a coffee giant with plans for global domination it just isn’t so…The new business that moved in (Good Earth coffee and tea) is not affiliated with us.  We do however wish them the best of luck and success with their venture… in other news, our lunch menu is evolving and starting on Thursday we will be offering my wife’s quinoa salad. This side or main dish is gluten free, high in protein, low glycemic…yummy! (we will start posting pics as soon as I get a camera). Also, after many requests we brought back the comfy chairs and a TV will be  going up soon!

Yes we are still open….we are now down the road. We now serve lunch Monday through Friday and rumor has it that you can get pie and coffee! Our new shop is a work in progress and we would love to have you join us for the journey. Also, in honor of the robust economy we have coffee for a buck…served in one of our ” in house” mugs or your own travel mug.
